Day 1: Kick-off and platform configuration

After signing the contract, the UP2D8 onboarding team begins initial configuration. The platform settings are aligned with your organisational structure: departments, locations, shifts, and user groups. You receive access to the admin dashboard.

Day 2: White-label branding

The app is personalised to your organisation: your logo, your primary colour, and (optionally) your own app name. Employees see an app that looks like your company built it. This strengthens their sense of connection to the organisation and drives adoption from the very first launch.

Day 3: Employee import

Employees are added to the platform via a simple CSV import or manual entry. For each employee, only a name and phone number are required, no company email needed. Days 4 & 5: Pilot phase

For larger organisations, we recommend a pilot with a selected group of 10 to 20 employees and their line managers.
