Yes. UP2D8 connects via API with common HRM systems, scheduling software and digital signage solutions. New employees are automatically added, departing employees automatically removed.
Yes. UP2D8 is a closed platform. Personal data is invisible by default to other users and stored in the secured central UP2D8 database. You do not need employees' private phone numbers.
The app interface is available in 11 languages: Dutch, English, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Russian and Turkish.
UP2D8 is designed for organisations where a large part of the workforce has no fixed desk or company email: manufacturing companies, construction companies, cleaning companies, government institutions, healthcare institutions, event organisations and logistics companies.
Yes. With the white-label option you publish UP2D8 under your organisation's name and branding in the App Store and Google Play Store.
For employees
No company email required. You log in with a personal invitation code that you receive from your employer.
No. You can use UP2D8 via a laptop or desktop computer at app.up2d8.eu. No smartphone or work device is required, your personal phone or home computer works fine.
UP2D8 is fully GDPR-compliant. It is a closed platform, sensitive data is invisible by default and stored securely in the UP2D8 central database. Your employer does not have access to your personal data beyond what is necessary for the platform to function.
Yes. The assignment key only auto-assigns you to user groups, it cannot be used to access or hack your account. Administrators can audit key usage at any time to ensure proper access control.
The app gives you faster, real-time push notifications so you never miss an important update. It works during breaks, commutes, or when working remotely. UP2D8 was born from the lessons of COVID-19 and the shift to remote and hybrid work.
Only administrators can publish messages to channels and timelines. Employees can suggest content to admins, like posts, comment, and respond to polls, keeping communication structured while still being two-way.
